Noah John Kahekili Rosenberg is an Associate at Pak Heinz PLLC. Noah represents plaintiffs in state and federal court as well as in arbitration. His work encompasses a wide range of litigation matters, including consumer protection, privacy, and employment.
Before joining Pak Heinz, Noah worked for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, representing the agency in employment, tort, and enforcement matters. While there, he gained extensive experience litigating cases as first chair on a variety of issues, including discrimination, harassment, reasonable accommodation, and whistleblower retaliation actions.
Noah graduated from Notre Dame Law School, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ellen N. Biben at the New York County Supreme Court. He was selected by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association for its 2022 2L Summer Law Clerk Program with the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group Legal Department, awarded to one law student nationwide. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Colorado Mesa University and captained the men’s varsity soccer team.
Noah is licensed to practice law in New York. He is not currently admitted in the District of Columbia, and his practice in the District of Columbia is supervised by members of the firm.
