Law Clerk
Carson Morgan is a Law Clerk at Pak Heinz PLLC, where he assists the firm’s representation of consumers, employees, and other plaintiffs, both in court and in arbitration.
Carson graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the American University Law Review and President of the Tech, Law, and Security Society. During law school, he gained experience across the public and private sectors, including serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ebony M. Scott of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and as a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Security Division. He also worked on cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology policy issues through his work with the Alliance for Automotive Innovation and served as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. He earned his bachelor's degree in International Relations from Michigan State University.
Carson is not yet licensed to practice law. He currently supports the work of the members of the firm.
